Saying yes to everything
Never asking for help
Pushing through exhaustion
But real strength includes:

Vulnerability
The CBT Shift: Reframe What Strength Means
Old belief: If I don’t do it all, I’m letting people down.
New belief: I’m allowed to be supported too.
Old belief: Rest is lazy.
New belief: Rest is recovery — and recovery is power.
